Wandz.ai provides its customers (“Customers”) with a predictive AI platform that facilitates the collection of substantial amounts of non-personally identifiable information (non-PII) in-session data and signals in real time, without the use of cookies, from online visitors. This platform enables Customers to develop and operate real-time predictive models, which accurately forecast future actions and behaviors.

“Personal Data”, means information which identifies or may identify an individual, including first and last name, phone number, email address, pictures, billing information, online identifiers, etc.
“Non-Personal Data”, means non-identifiable aggregated data, such as technical data transmitted by the user’s device and aggregated statistics relating to the use of the Website by the general public.
